Bundle not working in the Karaf Console

Continuing the discussion from openHAB 4.0 Milestone discussion:

Anyone else observing this (M1 and latest snapshot as well):

openhab> bundle:list
START LEVEL 100 , List Threshold: 50
Error executing command: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'java.lang.Object org.osgi.framework.ServiceReference.adapt(java.lang.Class)'

This is also happening in version 4.0.2 and it sucks because we can’t debug some things using the console.
Can’t this be improved so we are not left stranded when a binding is no longer supported?
How can we even know which one is the problematic binding so we can notify the developer or create a bug?
I’m currently using the following bindings:

Astro
Exec
Hue
Netatmo
Nuki
iRobot
OpenWeatherMap
Roku
Sonos
SystemInfo
TapoControl
Telegram
TP-Link Smart Home
Unifi

On the binding installation page they all mention version 4.0.2

I upgraded to 4.0.3 and restarted the server and it works again.
