its definately somethig odd with the text - even trying a split with the address above i get null errors yet doing a “sample” such as yours above works fine every way
Since you are using a snapshot build, I suggest you upgrade to the latest. I’m currently on 1114 and this is working properly. Although, if you wait until the 18th, you could pickup the first 2.3 snapshot (or 2.2 stable).
