Camera binding

I have openhab2 and trying to install addon for IP camera from
https://github.com/thhart/openhab2-addons/tree/master/addons/binding/org.openhab.binding.camera
any knows how to do this?

may be OH2 has fixed bindings included with original file and add-on is not possible
this add-on is not a jar file and would not work placing i inside add-on directory.
