I have a client who moved to a new house and bought a new system from me. They already have an account with myopenhab.org so the UUID and secret from their old system (which is offline) is showing. When I update it with the new numbers it says “success!” but the old numbers are immediately reappear and I’m not connected.
I’ve tried logging out & back in, using a different browser, and writing the numbers in manually instead of copy/paste but nothing works.
Thats odd, i just tried myself and it works find changing one, or both at the same time. Are you logging in with your customer’s account or do they have multiple users in that account and you are using one? Thats the only thing i can think of right now is maybe the user is not the owner (in which case we should hide this menu)
Ah, I should have mentioned that. Yes they made me a user. I’ll get their login & try again.
OK the homeowner just tried it with her login and got the same results. We are both listed as “Master” in the users.
If you PM me your login emails i can take a look at the account and see if there’s anything odd .
