During migration from OH2.5 with a clean install and adding things through Main UI I at some point were not able to save change to Things. Any change I do I see is stored in the json file but I get an error in a popup when changing from things to any other part of the Main UI and the change is not updated. But after restarting OH the change is taken into account.

Testing the same change in API explorer gives 500 Server error with this response:
