Can't find the request for https://10.163.199.252:8443/rest/'s Observer

Hi All

I have found some threads with this topic, but no real solution.

Occasionally if my openHAB restarts I get the following in the logs:

2024-05-15 19:01:28.503 [WARN ] [.transport.servlet.ServletController] - Can't find the request for https://10.163.199.252:8443/rest/'s Observer 
2024-05-15 19:01:30.445 [WARN ] [.transport.servlet.ServletController] - Can't find the request for https://10.163.199.252:8443/rest/'s Observer 
2024-05-15 19:01:33.527 [WARN ] [.transport.servlet.ServletController] - Can't find the request for https://10.163.199.252:8443/rest/'s Observer

Once this has happened there is no way to access openHAB again until all browser windows are closed down and openHAB is restarted.

This can obviously be disruptive is openHAB restarts due to errors or system updates etc and not all browser windows are closed - e.g. Tablets for home control etc.

I an wondering if there is any way to prevent this from happening in these cases. Or at least to recover the web server without a full restart?
