Can't switch to expert package (for HABmin)

To be able to configure group associations in zwave with more detail (from what I read in the community) I need HABMin. I unfortunately started with the standard package.

I found that I have to change the addons.cfg file, uncommenting and setting package = expert . I then rebooted but that dit not make HABMin appear.

I installed in Debian 11 using openhabian. So I launched openhabian-config and ask for updates and install all packages… also nothing…

What can I do ? Many thanks !

Go to the Paper Ui and install HABmin,
