Change Dimmable Smart Plug minimum output value

Hi, people. I have an EvaLogik/Nie-Tech ZW39 Dimmable Smart Plug, and the manual says that the minimum value for the brightness can be set by pressing the button on the device 5x, and I can do that, but it is hard to say exactly what value it is getting set to. I’d prefer to do it programmatically.

The manual says for this setting:
parameter=8 size=1 value=0 disable
value=1
value=90
Default = 10

(Similarly, the maximum value is parameter=9)

How would I set that parameter through OpenHAB? Is there a command I can send to the device?
