i have looked but i cant find the setting. with OH3 i was able to access the setup from any local device using openhap_ip:8080.
now that i have changed to OH4 i can not access the setup from any local device other than the device it is installed on. this has also stopped my html remote from working as well.
have i missed somthing?
found the issue…
had to add firewall rule to 8080 (and if you want https you will need to add 8443).
i can not recall ever having to do that for openhab before… oh well. live and learn
