openHAB 4.1.1

When I zoom into this diagram quite deeply, the time format changes from 24h to 12h format in my installation. I think that shouldn´t be like that. Data is coming from MariaDB, if that is of any help.

Expected behaviour:

The change occurs, if seconds are visible.

Sicne it’s reproducible I think an issue is warranted on the openhab-webuis repo. How to file an Issue
