I can’t totally vouch for the website but it seems to check out. It’s not a redirection URL. The URL does appear to be associated with WM College, at least indirectly (the certificate and base URL is qualtrics.com which is a user experience company which provides surveys among other things).
It’s also not listed among my block lists URLs but I use a different set of lists.
I think that might be a false positive.
