Cloud login issues

I know my cloud login and password, but for some reason they don’t work any more. They have worked previously no probs.

I have tried a password reset on more than one occasion today, and even though I follow the password reset link in the received email immediately, then enter a new password, all I receive is “Your password reset code is invalid or expired”!

Expired or invalid after 60 secs?

Have tried copy and paste with the link, but still the same.

Is there a problem, or am I missing something?


PS: I don’t particularly want a new account, as it will mean a different email address has to be used, I presume?
