Code style - @since-tags in JavaDoc

@kai, @teichsta, I could not find any good section for reviews, so please move this to where it might be appropriate.

My first style question which is not really answered by the How To Contribute page in wiki: Do we keep the since-tags in the Javadocs? The caldav binding has a few of them declaring:

@since 1.8.0

Keep or ask developer to remove?

in 1.x i’d like to keep the ‘@since’ tag for the sake of uniformity. However in 2.x/ESH i beliefe it is not “required” anymore.
