ColorPicker not working basic UI

Dear Colleagues,

I’ve a Wifi LED LD382A that works perfect, collor change works from main UI (OH3), but there are 3 sliders. When I try to add to basic UI using below ColorPicker it didn’t work. I’m able to select color but it does not apply, also I don’t know what arrows means.
