Control Heating with thermostat and motion sensor

Hello,

i’m a newbie in homeautomation and have a big question.
In our Clubhouse we have the problem that there is electric heating without frostguardian, and the heating should increase the temperature to an definded max. temperature for 1 hour when someone is entering the house without access to the controling panel.

Is ist possible to combine thermostats for avoiding frost and motion detector for increasing the themperature?

Anything is possible with Rules. For something like this though you will need to be very careful to define all your states and events.
