Controlling Arduino PWM dimmer outputs from OpenHab2 over serial?

Hi,

I want to run three separate zones of RGBW tape.

Would it be possible to control an Arduino’s PWM outputs from a RPI running OH2 over wired serial?

Ideally i want to stay away from any wireless solutions.

Any advice on how to achieve this would be much appreciated.
