I can’t create a root account like discripted in the first steps

In which first steps ?

I only have a console with the login prompt

That’s not the root account ( root on OS level ). That is the admin account ( you are free to called it root ) in the web interface. You need to go to the web interface using the browser.
In case you cannot reach openhab via browser then you need to login to the console ( shell console ) and check why openhab is not listening on port 8080.

Using openhabian you might want to follow these instructions

OK, thanks. I forgot the Port 8080 in the webbrowser. It works
