Creating items trough linking channel

After upgrade to 2.1 (running 2.1.0 - Release build) I have problems creating items trough linking channels. When I select “Create new item”, the Create new item-window does not appear and it links the channel to the first item on the list. This happens every time I try. Tried different “things” also. Anyone else have the same issue?

This sounds like a real bug. I would:

  • try 2.2 Snapshot to see if the bug has already been fixed
  • if not search the ESH repo for an open issue and add any additional information you can provide
  • if no issue exists, create one and post as many details as you can including logs.

I’ve not seen anyone else post a similar issue here on the forum.
