Here is my first OpenHab panel widget.
You can show your Nest Thermostat and the setpoint can be changed by using the knob.
It also show the humidity and mode. It is possible to change the size of the knob. Best format is 2x2 and 180pixel knob.

Just a heads up the link is broken and it is showing up in the gallery, any chance of getting the json file still?
I believe @marcelwolf reorganized his GitHub repository and put widgets in folders, unfortunately this is not supported by the widget gallery feature - you have to keep *.widget.json files at the root level for them to be detected.
I’ll remove the widgetgallery tag since the import of this widget is broken atm, feel free to add it back when it’s fixed!
