Daikin WLAN adapter BRP069A41 a few minutes after it was turned on loses connection with app ONECTA 3.9.3-16181 30900020

In July 2021 I bought a Daikin WLAN adapter model BRP069A41 to connect it to my air conditioner.
It worked fine until october 2022, whn it starteg giving me problems.
the situation is the following:

From my Daikin app “ONECTA” , I often (almost always) see the Daikin adaptor offline.

I tryed to reconfigure the device connection with my home network, but nothing changes:
In the first minutes after the reconfiguration, the ONECTA app can reach my air conditioner and manage to run some remote commands on it, but after a while the connection goes down.

Did anybody already encounterd this problem and foud a way to fix it?

some context:

My daikin air conditioner model: FTXM35M2V1B.
My Daikin WLAN adapter model (from the label on the back of the adapter): BRP069A41
My Daikin WLAN adapter network gateway model (from app ONECTA > network gateway info): BRP069B4X
My Daikin WLAN adapter network gateway firmware (from app ONECTA > network gateway info): version 1_14_68
My ONECTA app verison on my mobile: version 3.9.3-16181 30900020

The adapter "RUN" LED light is steadily turned on, in orange color.
Other domotic devices in my house are fairly reachable by the relative apps installed on my phone.
From the administrator webpage of my modem , I can see the daikin-adaptor connected to the network with is IP assigned.
I made no changes to my wifi settings between the time when the adapter worked good every day and the time when it started going offline.
Maybe something has gone wrong with the latest firmware download on the adapter, but I have also returned the adapter to the factory conditions and now still has problems.

The modem is running a wi-fi connection with the following parameters:

The modem is not connected by cable to any internet connection, it has a phone sim plugged in, so the internet-in is wireless.

Hi,
The problem for me started when I downloaded the app firmware version 1_14_68 , because this version does not support communication between the daikin gateway and routers with SIM card of operator Vodafone and its sub-firm Ho Mobile (regional names).
I have also downloaded the app firmware version 1_14_78 as soon as was released but unfortunately it did not solved my problem.
After several emails sent to Daikin support of my country, after months have passed, I managed to speak directly with the daikin app developers.
I get them to send me a sim of another phone operator supported by the daikin gateway.
I suggest you to do the same.

The problem seems to be cleared with Onecta app update to V 3.25.0-6433 (32500015).

  • Connect the mobile phone with the Onecta app installed to the wifi network to which the air conditioner gateway is connected (in my case, it is generated by a support modem that Daikin have sent me - keep the mobile phone and the router very close to each other).

  • app UI > home > press the button “upgrade firmware” which is located inside the air conditioner box. Be patient and wait until the process is completed.

  • restart the app.

  • app UI > home > air conditioner box > settings > heat pump > remove from home

  • disconnect the mobile phone from the previous wi-fi, connect it to the new wi-fi. switch off the old modem.

  • add the air conditioner to the new wi-fi network , use the SSID and password mode. It detects automatically the air conditioner gateways available for pairing. Be patient until the process ends.

  • test that the new pairing works by:

    • restart the app

    • launch commands form the app, first having the phone connected to the new wi-fi, and then having it the wi-fi disabled.
