Binding for integrating Danfoss ICON 2 thermostats through the Danfoss Ally API.

Greetings from Ukraine. This is my first experience creating an OH binding, so I likely did some things not fully according to best practices, but I mainly built it for my own use.

Attention!
Currently, only wired ICON 2-24 thermostats are supported. I don’t have other devices, so apologies — but if someone provides debug output (see README), I can try to add support.

The integration works through the native Danfoss cloud, which is also used by the official Ally app.

If you create a post at Bundles - openHAB Community, following the template, users will be able to find and install your add-on through MainUI → Add-on store instead of copying the jar file to the addons folder.
