Darkmode is not persistant after restarting OH 4

I am running on a windows PC the OH4.1.0.M3 in a edge browser. When I open after a restart of the PC the OH page I see a white background. Now I am going to change it under UI Basics to the black dark mode. When I do a restart of the whole PC it turns back to (auto) white background again…

Does someone know why and how can I change that?

These kinds of settings are typically saved in a cookie.

Make sure your browser is not lot deleting cookies once it’s fully closed out as openhab to the whitelist

Thanks a lot - it worked for me. But I recognized that it does not work in “Kiosk” mode at all!
