I was wondering if it might be possible to have debian packages of the current stable builds of openhab2?
I tried to figure out how the openhab1 packages are built but I didn’t see them in Jenkins. I guess it shouldn’t a problem to add a new job to cloudbees which is triggered by successful builds and it would greatly ease the installation and testing.
I guess I will need an expert on setting up debian package builds for openHAB 2.
For the moment, I don’t build them on purpose since there are too many changes being done to the folder structures. The biggest is about to come with the migration to Karaf. Once this has settled a bit, I’ll also look into debian packages, docker containers, etc.
