I currently discovered a problem with my deconz binding and I am not sure if it is a bug.
When my raspberry pi with phoscon/deconz is rebooted, then my Openhab receives the state 1002 for my ikea tradfri control.
I have a rule defined that the lights are turned off or on, depending on their state when the button is pressed and the item received an update with 1002.
So when the pi is rebooted, then my lights are going on or off.
Is it necessary to send an item update when the raspberry pi is rebooted?
I am running on openHAB 3.2.0.M2
