Dear all,
is there anybody who has the same problem. Since a few weeks the devoice doesn’t switch off anymore. From the log everything is OK and the device confirms the command but nothing happens. Any Idea?

Does it switch with physical Button?
Yes. I have seen the parameter to tell the device not to react on Switch off commands but this is not set.

but since I had the same problem today and it took me a while to find a solution i want to share it to help others in future
parameter 9: Device from command status was set to value 1 Ignore ALL OFF, after changing it to 0 When ALL OFF is received, MT2792 goes Off it is now working
