Disable tooltip in floorplan-page marker

Hi,

I have some markers in my floorplan-page that are very close to each other.
Only one has to be selectable. The other one is only to display that the window is open of close.

Sometime if I want to select the rollshutter, I select the marker that show if the window is open or close.
It would me nice if that marker is not selectable.

An empty field of the tooltip, shows the state.
