Diverse fixes and Improvements

All,

I just created a new stable ESH build, which brings many fixes and enhancements with it - these are many small changes, but different people waited for quite some of them, so please check yourself, which might be most relevant for you.

One visible change that you will notice is that the Paper UI now shows “Add-ons” instead of “Extensions” as a menu entry, which is now better aligned with the vocabulary used in openHAB. You will also notice that you can now click some entries in the “Add-ons” list, which will open a browser tab with the according documentation. So far this only works for “native” openHAB 2 bindings, but we will extend this to also cover the other add-ons in future.

For all of you that use OH2 with the new myopenHAB service, please note that selecting the exposed items through the Paper UI is now also working as expected with the latest snapshot. Note that IFTTT integration is not yet enabled, but this should happen anytime soon.

Best regards,
Kai
