Dont get a 2FA notification on my phone (openHAB 4.2.2)

I got the usual icloud bridge off line problem, usually I just reconnect and my phone then shows the new 2FA code, however now I get no offer of a new 2FA and the error :-

CONFIGURATION_ERROR

Invalid credentials.

Any idea how I can get a new 2FA request ?

iCloud binding, authentication problem

I did a rough check. Apple changed the authentication scheme for iCloud, so the current implementation of the OH iclolud binding is not working. I think it would be possible for me to adopt the icloud binding to the new scheme, but this will take sometime. Currently I do not see any workaround.
