Hi , Looking for device that will enable me to detect a dry switch status.
Reason :- I have a bespoke switch incorporated in to machine that I am using. It would not be easy to create mechanical alternative using the switch options available.
So I Need to use the existing kit and detect the when the switch opens & closes, very simple on/off I currently have a Sonoff hub, something compatible would be ideal.
So just to be clear , how does this actually work ?
is it just a case of connectivity between 2 terminals ? i.e the water acting as a conductor
So if we connect the 2 terminals it will trigger ?
