DSMR Binding with Belgian meter flooding Event Monitor

Hey,
After installing a new Raspberry Pi with Openhabian and the Dsmr Binding all goes fine and can read my data from my digital electricity meter.
However I get now every second an event from the dsmrBridge:

openhab/things/dsmr:dsmrBridge:22e5393c/status
ThingStatusInfoEvent
{"status":"ONLINE","statusDetail":"NONE"}

Any other persons noticing this?

This ‘feature’ should be fixed in the upcoming 3.2 release. In the prior versions it updated after data was received from the meter, but didn’t check if it was already online.

If I understand correctly, it will be fixed automatically in near future with ‘Upgrade’ in openhabian-config ?
