I’d like to add parameter 5 as described at https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/homeseer-products-services/homeseer-z-wave-products/homeseer-dimmers-switches/1244903-hs-wd200-and-hs-ws200-firmware-updates to configure the lowest dim level.

Unfortunately I can’t duplicate a device. What needs to be done is to add a new entry using the XML from your device, and then we can copy over all the configuration and association data.
If you provide the XML, then myself or one of the other DB admins can do most of this at least since it requires a little messing around with IDs to get it in to the database.
Alternatively, if you want to do it, then you should edit the type/id in the XML to something random, create a new device in the database with this XML, then change the type/IDs back and set the appropriate versions in the two different entries (ie the existing and new entry).
