Ebus stop working after OH update from 3.4.2 to 4.0.4

I have problem to get running ebus again after OH upgrade from version 3.4.2 to 4.0.4

I’m using last version of eBUS binding (also update from 3.x to 4.x)
bridge is online :

and in the inbox I have detected hw:

but data aren’t readed, received telegrams value is still the same

What’s wrong ?

How to trace a root cause of the problem ?

so only information, that problem was solved by complete new OH installlation. So problem was in the update.
