There isn’t an official API but some people did some reverse engineering.

Id love to try it but sadly i dont know how to “install” your binding. Never installed any “custom binding” before.

Hi,
looks like your PR never made it into OpenHAB3, as it wasn’t adjusted. Are you still intending to work on this ?
The idea is really good, especially, if it would support both the keylights, ring light and the light strips.
