since today I get error message when editing one of the Fibaro FGMS001 multi sensors at PaperUI.
Error occurs just with the FGMS, no matter which option I try to change and no matter which of the FGMS sensors.
I can edit my milight bulby without any problems.

Interesting: I cannot change FGMS001 config at all in PaperUI, it does not let me click the check mark after I change a parameter … but nothing in the logs.
This was the first time I tried to change a config parameter for zwave devices in PaperUI, so I did it again my “normal” way through habmin: works without any problems.
I’m not sure why this device should be any different than any others - can you provide a zwave debug log, and also state exactly what the device is please (eg version, typeid)?
Hmm, I can do this. But the only thing which will be saved is the “Location” field (although error 404 is shown).
I’m not familiar with Habmin, but it seems that there are just the items I defined in the .items file, not the ones which are added trough PaperUI. I will give habmin a try later on.

It’s a lot easier to just grab the content of /userdata/logs/openhab.log or /userdata/logs/zwave.log if you changed the logging to go into a separate zwave file.
It would be better to post the content of /userdata/zwave/node6.xml
then Chris is able to see the firmware version/device type and can check if you have a device which needs to be added to the database or if the database entry needs to be changed to match your device. Maybe this information is also hidden in your debug log, but I don’t know …
Do you really mean “all” or only the config and settings for your FGMS001?
For “all” you may hard reset your controller through habmin:
Go to “Configuration” → “Things” → select your controller → go to the right hand side and click on “Tools”, switch to “Show advanced settings” and voila, “Hard reset controller”.
But be aware that this will delete everything (every single device) on your controller and you have to start from scratch (include all devices again).
To delete a single device from the controller you need to exclude it: go through the same steps as above and click on “Exclude devices”, then triple click the button on your Fibaro Eye and it’s gone.
I don’t know if there is a way to do that without a battery in it and packed for refund … Maybe you can manually set it to failed (go to “Things”, select the device, “Tools” “Advanced settings” “Set device as failed” and then “Remove device from the controller”.
Found a better solution,
there is an option to reset the Fibaro FGMS001 (press and hold 6 seconds the B-button, release it, then press 1x short, Fibaro Eye will light up red for confirmation)
This and re-include will fix the problems with lost functionality of motion-detection.
I will try Habmin later on, but two days ago habmin was hanging up while saving the FGMS001 options (endless saving). Maybe it’s getting working with the fresh resetted and newly included sensors.
Bu that often leaves you with the device still on the controller because you did not exclude it properly.
To make sure I suggest checking the logs after a restart if it still says: NODE X: Node found
where X is the old node number …
