During the first boot script I am getting the following line:

All other lines before and after are OK.
What does this mean? Is there a problem?
How can I reimage my SDCARD?
When I do it with ETCHER and insert into the PI3+ it loads Openhab as if it wasn’t reimaged !!!
You may be clicking something wrong in etcher. To prove:
if You have access to openHAB when booted
Issue sudo rm -rf /etc /opt /boot/*
Then when you insert the card into windows make sure to format the visible partition.
This would prove a few things. One openHAB definitely won’t boot if you trash the os like I say. Second since the windows partition will be blank before etcher. If you are clicking something wrong you will still be blank.
Last question, what image you trying to burn?
