I would like to have two OH installs talking to the same EVL-3. I know the EVL only supports one connection at a time. Somewhere in my travels, somebody mentioned they had a method that basically created a proxy between the evl and OH. I can’t remember if it was here or on the Vera forum and I cannot find it.
Hmmm, no, pretty sure it was specifically related to EVL. If my quick reading is right, that app requires an android tablet as a server. In addition to outright refusing to use android stuff I wouldn’t want to trust it as a server I don’t think. I’ll go dig on the vera forum. It must have been there.
I haven’t looked yet but maybe somebody knows. It might be possible to have two EVL on the same panel?
I think this is what you are looking for.
"Unlike the envisalink, the DscServer supports multiple simultaneous connections."
No, that’s the same android one Russell linked.
I found the post. It was on the vera forums.
This is the software they linked to: https://github.com/oehokie/NodeAlarmProxy
