External weather station - mqtt - format number

Hello,
please i face such a problem. Loading into openhab via mqtt data from external weather station. I have a problem with the number format. in the old version I was able to modify it via configuration, but in the latest version of openhab or find how to shorten the numbers to one decimal place.
I would like the wind value to two decimal places and the outside temperature to one decimal place.

Try to add a State Description in the item (will only impact visuals):

%.1f

or

%.1f %unit%

1f is for once decimal here.
