Feature request: Install comummity marketplace bindings with addons.cfg

I guess the the title says it all.

I really like adding my bindings in the addons.cfg and use this as a easy way of installing all my addons when doing a fresh install. However I haven’t found a way to add bindings from the community marketplace yet. Hope this can be included in a future release.

I think this should be put in the openhab-core repo on github.
