I’m currently in version 5.1.4 and the widgets used in the “fixed layout” pages are displayed perfectly.
By migrating in 5.2.xx the icons used as well as the information displayed are offset downwards by 40-50px. However, in the basic pages, the same widgets are displayed correctly …

This seems like a pretty clear bug. Please file an issue on the openhab-webui repo. Where possible, provide the YAML for your pages. See How to file an Issue for details.
