Forecast in HTML or similar

I used weather binding to produce nice HTML forecasts with Yahoo as a provider up to that the stopped their free API.
Now I’m looking for a replacement and have looked into several of the other weather providers, but it seems like you have to have an payed API key to get forecasts for the old weather binding…

Now to my questions,

1. have I missed something, are there any free API that can still be used with the old weather binding?
2. Is it possible to do something similar (to get a nice forecast view in both app and in the basic UI) with the new version 2 bindings?

Try then openWeatherMap binding
A DarkSky binding is is the works too
