Gardena Binding - device does not contain property 'ic24:valve_error_x'

Hi,

Since the last Gardena update I get the following error:

2019-06-07 07:56:32.602 [WARN ] [internal.handler.GardenaThingHandler] - Channel 'gardena:ic24:068c258a:3c55553e-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx:ic24#error' cannot be updated as device does not contain property 'ic24:error'

This message pops up for all 6 valves every minute.

I am running OpenHAB 2.5.0 M1.
Anybody with the same issue / solution?

Hi

Exactly same problem here, already since 2019-06-03 14:42:54.193. Could be a Gardena automatic update but it was definitely not me who updated. I am running Gardena Gateway Version 3.4.10 right now and openHAB 2.4.0-1 (Release Build).

I have the same problem. and the valves 1-6 have also an error

Hi,
I also get this error for all valves. I’m using only 3 valves, but the error comes for all 6 valves.
I’m using openhab 2.4 with raspbian

BTW. Temporary I disabled those messages via “log:set ERROR org.openhab.binding.gardena” otherwise its impossible to look into logs at all

New watering season, same problem…
I updated openHAB to 2.5.3, the error is still there and now I cannot control the valves at all anymore. Did anybody find a solution by now?

just to confirm => Issue is still there :-/ even in Season 2020

This must have been an Update as it works before. Any solution available? Or how to disable this?

And it’s getting worth :-/ As I just have made a Firmware Update to my Water Control and usually this improves devices! But Gardena obvioulsy changes also in this device as 5 channels are broken now
Is anyone still working on this Binding??

Currently I’m e.g. not able to start an irrigation any longer

Hi, I am new 2 openhab…
did a brand new install of openhabian on Raspi 4b usind Gardena Binding.
I can discover all the sensors and velves but they have less options available.

I also get those WANINGS:

But there are many more.
It is possible to read the values from the humitidy sensors and display them, but did not manage to open valves…

May be this is somehow related … my binding in IFTT is logged out not again and again. Is openhabian quering to fast?
