Getting error playing mp3 thru google assistant

OpenHab running in Docker in Raspberry Pi 4 environment.

When I send an mp3 sometimes it plays fine sometimes i see error in the log and it doesn’t play. But every time i hear google setting its volume by makes some blah sound before playing the mp3. When it doesn’t play the mp3 I still hear the audio volume setting but the file just doesn’t play. Any fix or is the issue on my end? Thank you.

Same problem here on Ubuntu without Docker.

I created a PR in the underlying library.

Unfortunately we have to wait for a new release of that library before we can increase our dependency. This may take some time. In the meantime the warnings can be suppressed by raising the log level in the openHAB Console with:

log:set ERROR su.litvak.chromecast.api.v2
