The newly merged Global Cache binding works but is a little difficult to use, be…cause a single openHAB item can only reference a single IR code. A usability enhancement would allow the part of the binding config string that defines the IR code to be (optionally) replaced with a transform, most often being a MAP, that transforms user commands to separate IR codes. There could be a sharpaquos.map file, for example, that users could share or such maps could be included in the binding's wiki page. See [this discussion](https://community.openhab.org/t/gc100ir-transform-map/8297). The binding will need some refactoring, and I've already started a branch to add the feature. But since I don't have the hardware, perhaps @stephenliang would prefer to tackle this? If not, I will build a test JAR for users who can test. ##

I suspect the binding is specific to the named model, but your research might discover something non-obvious.
