Google Calendar Integration

Hey everyone!

I just built my first wall dashboard and now would like to add a calendar widget to show all events for the day.
However I think bloating my items with lots of iCalendar items, so I never reach the limit seems a bit heavy.
Does anyone else have a good idea how to smartly integrate it?

I took the easy route and included the widget from Google into my panel. Limited customization of looks by it gets the job done.

I tried that out already, but it is really ugly :confused:
