My Google Home audio group goes offline from time to time and stops playing my commands with say(“foobar”, )

In PaperUI all my audio groups go offline indeed. They immediately go back online when I send voice commands to my groups.

Is there a solution apart from workarounds like pinging, restarting, et al.?

as far as I know audio groups change their ip from time to time and this was a known issue. not sure if this was ever fixed.

Unfortunately the groups change their IP between those of their members and in OH only one IP can be configured at a time. I would also like that to be fixed, at the moment I often have multiple Chromcast/Google Home devices in notifications. Sounds pretty fun when someone calls on the cell phone and then I hear from 4 rooms “Caller name is calling on the cell phone”.
