Google TTS - WAVENET voices missing

For some strange reason all of my Google WaveNet voices seem to be missing from OH.

I’m running 2.5 and it’s been stable for a long time. I first noticed that voice alerts were not occurring when they were supposed to.

After some digging it looked like my API account needed a credit card to continue…I set this up a long time ago and a CC was not needed then.

I know get my voice prompts, but none of the previously listed WAVENET voices are available for me to choose from. I have cleared cache and temp files and have had no luck.

Anyone have any guidance?

Are there any log entries in /var/log/openhab/openhab.log that may provide more information about the root cause ?
