I’m pretty sure you can’t do this with the built in Charts. If you need more control over your charts you need to use something like: https://community.openhab.org/t/influxdb-grafana-persistence-and-graphing/13761

Your alternative is to chart and persist a dummy Item which gets updated by a rule listening for Group state changes.
