Habpanel viewer - black rectangle

Hi!
First of all I would like to thank a lot for Habpanel and Habpanel viewer, it is one of the most used assets in my setup at home.

Now to my problem: Recently bought a new cheap tablet to use with hpv in my workroom, the brand is Denver and I think the model is TAQ-70. The Tablet is running Android 8.1.0, and I am running hpv 0.9.22.

I installed and configured and everything seems to work ok apart from one thing. Everytime after I have changed something in settings or dimmed the screen, half the screen seems to be hidden behind a black rectangle and I have to restart hpv to make it go away. Thought I read about a similar issue somewhere a long time ago but can’t find it now.

Hope I managed to add a screenshot of what it looks like…

Has anyone else seen this issue or is it related to my cheap tablet for some reason?

This definitely looks like a bug so please file an issue at https://github.com/vbier/habpanelviewer.

Seems to be solved in latest version (0.9.26) so now the tablet works great.
