Hadmin (for zwave) on standalone raspberry pi

I have openhab on an ubuntu vm, working fine.

As it’s a vm I can’t install a usb aeon z wave usb stick. I have a spare raspberry pi and know I can install habmin on it. But am I correct in that habmin is an addon to openhab? Or can I have it completely independent?

Any guides for how to install it standalone?

HABmin is a User Interface for openHAB. It cannot be installed standalone.
