I have just switched from online to offline snapshot install due to missing extensions in the extension installation area in paperui and habmin. Everything is back up and running except for my harmony hub. The following is what I am getting. In paperui for the harmonyhub thing, it states that there is a handler_registering_error.

Any thoughts on next steps?
